Regarding PTE, I have been working with  (………) also for a long time but
PTE is by far the best in service.
Roelien, has been wonderful to work with, very pro-active and just plain
tenacious. You can see it yourself with the emails that she sends to
inform you, the client and myself  every step of the way. Can't complain
at all.

My trophies have arrived!  I hope to start unpacking and mounting them soon.  I saw your note regarding feedback.  PTE was very helpful and responsive.  Hecny, Joe Yap in particular, was also very helpful and responsive.  They work well in concert with each other.  I would give them both high marks and recommend them for future clients. 

I will email you once again when the trophies are uncrated.  The crate, by the way, seems to have been very well constructed and well packed.  I did "pop the lid" to get my first look as the "suspense was killing me".
